Brief Experience
- Financial data compilation and preparation of Business Activity Statements for individuals, trusts and companies
- Preparation of Financial Statements including profit & loss and Balance Sheet
- Provide assistance with due diligence reviews relating to purchase of business
- Preparation of audit work papers relating to Associations and self-managed super funds.
- Preparation of Tax Returns for Individual, Trust, Partnership and Companies
- Registrations/New Entity creations – Trusts, Companies self-managed superannuation fund (including bare trusts).
- Liaise with ASIC and ATO on client matters
- General advisory services – accounting and taxation.
